As usual, a big salute to all of you who read my opinions!
We are in the process of rebuilding the kitchen and my mother, always ahead in this field have expressed the desire to own a dishwasher as the years increase more pressing and chores. Then, as the best thing for people who love the kitchen is having guests, why not extend the pleasure of eating together also delegated to a cleaning appliance?

I will tell you that since the “eco” lasts 3 hours, despite the impeccable results almost always use the “fast” or the “day” lasting 45 and 85 minutes respectively. Both with excellent results.
The dishwasher has a power consumption ranging from 0.85 kWh to 1.6 kWh depending on the program set (the two extremes are quick and intensive hygienic plus) as well as water consumption varies between 13 and 18 liters per wash.
There are nine programs: 5 primary and 4 secondary which vary among themselves for the duration, temperature, presence or absence of the number of pre-wash and rinse cycles.
Only once we have used the intensive program and had to clean the kitchen encrusted grills, needless to say the results were amazing!
Capacity, unlike the “standard” is not 12 but 14 in covered, so there is extra space inside and really see this!

Another convenience is ultimately the cutlery basket can be positioned anywhere and can be opened in two and tilting (apparently written like an airplane!) Other measures of this dishwasher are hidden resistance and the self-cleaning filter for easy disassembly and removal. The noise during washing is amazing, almost no noise when compared with my Indesit here in Bologna. In addition, not a small thing is the ability to wash a half load on the upper rack only if there are few dishes (which I think is just an excuse for wasting water and energy!)
Last but not insignificant detail is the total water stop which prevents any possibility of flooding in the event of a broken pipe in the dishwasher because there is a solenoid valve upstream of the water supply pipe terminating the flow in case there should be an anomaly.
The control panel has, from left to right the power button, the buttons for the selection of programs, the channel to open the dishwasher, the buttons start / pause, that for half load and the delayed start and finally the phase indicator lights program and for lack of salt and rinse aid.
My Opinion
I conclude by saying that this dish is absolutely fantastic and I hope, given the quality of SMEG brand that can continue to serve us for a lot of years to come.
My overall rating is 5 out of 5 stars and recommend it to anyone needing a new dishwasher to seriously consider this model.

A Simple “Dish” with Desing year 90, front controls, do not flush!, But can be built in the kitchen, you only need remove the cover spot on!.
